United Stables launches $U stablecoin deployment BNB and Ethereum, focusing on "unified liquidity" and AI payment economy

United Stables issued the U.S. dollar stablecoin $U on December 18, integrating BNB Chain decentralized liquidity and locking in the micropayment requirements of AI Agents. It will be incorporated into mainstream protocols such as PancakeSwap and Venus upon launch, and it also promises instant reserve proof on the chain.
(Preliminary news: Visa has launched USDC stablecoin settlement in the United States, and two banks have cooperated to break the weekend vacuum)
(Background supplement: Interactive Brokers has opened "stablecoin deposits", and USDC can be deposited into U.S. stock brokerage accounts)

On the 18th, United Stables announced the launch of the U.S. dollar stablecoin $U, issued on the BNB Chain With Ethereum, according to the official statement, the purpose of U is to build an on-chain U.S. dollar to solve "fragmented liquidity" and "AI Agent micropayments".

PancakeSwap, Venus, ListaDAO and Binance Wallet are simultaneously connected to U. The official goal is to meet the narrative intersection between the AI autonomous economy and Wall Street’s pursuit of efficient settlement, directly seizing the right to speak at the settlement layer.

One-time packaging depth

The biggest difference between $U and USDT and USDC lies in "aggregation". According to community analysis, BNB Chain has long had high cross-chain bridge risks and slippage, resulting in the islanding of liquidity. $U uses "cash + top stablecoin basket" as a 1:1 reserve, and uses ETF thinking to rebind the depth of the chain into a single asset. When users exchange on PancakeSwap or mortgage on Venus, they are faced with the total liquidity of the entire chain, which has low costs and small slippage, and also reduces dependence on a single bridge.

The next stop for the growth of stablecoin U will be M2M (Machine-to-Machine). United Stables integrates the x402 protocol and EIP-3009, supports gas-free authorized transfers, and allows AI Bot to complete $0.01-level payments in milliseconds without the need for banks or mainnet gas. Developers only need to call the API to "open an account" for Agent. $U intends to become the default option for U.S. dollar settlement in the AI era.

Ecology and Binance Gene

New stablecoins are usually stuck in "cold start". United Stables bypassed this hurdle through the collective launch of the BNB Chain core protocol. The issuance of $U can be used for trading, lending, liquidity mining, etc. at the same time.

Trust Wallet completed the contract deployment (0xDa18…) as early as December 15th, showing that pre-coordination is already in place. The community discovered that former Binance CEO CZ tracked the project account @UTechStables, which symbolized Binance’s tacit support and gave the market an implicit ā€œofficial-levelā€ endorsement.

In terms of compliance regulations, the GENIUS Act has raised transparency requirements, and United Stables promises on-chain instant proof of reserves (PoR) and monthly audits, hoping to find a balance between innovation and supervision. Investors still need to pay attention to risks. When any mainstream stablecoin in the stablecoin basket is decoupled, $U will be affected by the linkage.
